Note: This style runs generously, we recommend sizing down one from your usual size for a well-proportioned fit. A versatile neutral that layers cleanly under a long overcoat, or carries a look perfectly on its own.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Ireland & UK: Estimated delivery 2–4 business days.
  
• Europe: Estimated delivery 4–7 business days.
  
• USA & Rest of World: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days, depending on location.
  
• All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
  

Customs Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they reach the destination country.
  
• These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
  
• Walker & Hunt has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be.
  

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments

• If an order is refused at delivery due to customs fees or any other reason, the cost of the original shipping, return shipping, and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
  

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, we are happy to offer refunds on full price items within 14 days of receipt of your goods . For items purchased from our clearance sale (>30% discount) we offer exchanges and store credit.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. 

Our Christmas Returns/ Exchanges are extended until January 7th to allow for presents/ gifts. This will allow you to shop with peace of mind over the Christmas period. All returns must be returned to us by the 12th of Jan.

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.

If you ordered the wrong size or the wrong item we will happily send you the correct item/size. However, you may need to cover the shipping cost.

In the unlikely event that we sent you the wrong item/size we will send you the correct size immediately and of course cover shipping. In the other unlikely event that the item is faulty, damaged, or has some manufacturing problem we will issue a refund immediately upon receiving proof of the error.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement for an item that you simply changed your mind about, the item should be unused and in good condition. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your replacement/refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange items for any reason (shipping costs will not be paid by us, however). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer@walkerandhunt.com

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless, of course, the refund is due to a fault on our end. As we are still a small business we do not have a the ability to provide free shipping and returns. We are looking into this with couriers and hope to be able to provide this service in future.
